GENERAL QUESTIONS

1. How do I know what logos to use and where?

2. How long will my graphics last?
We have customers who have had the same set of decals on their motorcyles for almost two years. No joke.
The adhesive we use is extremely strong and durable! On average, your decals will last around a year depending on several factors such as your riding frequency, your riding style and how well they are taken care of (washing and thoroughly drying after each ride.)

3. How can I keep my graphics looking new?
We've taken this tip from one of our loyal customers:
Simply use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser pad to remove any ground in dirt or oil. After drying the decal, use a wax compound to buff the decal back to a shiny gloss.

2. What happens if I make a mistake applying my graphics and ruin them?
First, don't panic. Just give us a call. You won't need to order a whole new kit. As a courtesy, we replace individual decals. There will be a small fee to help cover our costs of the replacement.

3. I have a brand new bike and/or plastics. Do I need to do anything to the plastic before graphics installation?
Yes! All new plastics come from the manufacturer with an almost undetectable amount of oil on them. This is because the oily substance is used to facilitate removal of the part from it's plastic mold. It is very important to throughly wash each piece with an alcohol-based solvent before trying to apply decals to them. You may also "score" the plastics with a scotch-brite pad to give the plastics "teeth" for the glue from the decal to bond with.

 

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIME

1. How long will it take to make my graphics?
We produce most orders within 2 days. Full bike customized kits are produced within 5 days. Shipping time is in addition to production time so please plan accordingly.

We do ask for your patience during busy times such as holidays or in the weeks coming up to a large national event. Just give us a call and see how our production schedule is running during those times.

2. How long will it take to ship my graphics?
Our standard shipping option is 3-Day Priority from the US Postal Service. We also offer 2-Day and Next Day Air options from the checkout page. International orders are shipped using International Priority from the USPS. These shipments arrive usually within 10 days depending on your country's Customs holding requirements.
